It is with passion and savoir faire that Didier and Bruno run the Domaine, producing AOC cahors wines on the Causse of the river Lot. With the future in mind, their main focus is quality and environmental conservation.For quality purposes they use traditional wine making methods and do not use any yeast, or aromatic additive in their work. Their oaky wines are aged in real oak barrels (no oaked chips, powder nor any toasted oak additive) and are regularly awarded for their quality.For environmental conservation, their decisions are based upon a respectful treatment of plots (use of phytosanitary products for organic recommended, use of copper as less as possible), technical adjustment for soil protection (accredited wash area, green fertilizers, our farm produced manure).
