Fairy Trees Signature Series Bán
A great introduction to quality Irish still wine,
Signature White is a blend of predominantly Floreal,
Solaris and Souvignier Gris. This highly aromatic
white wine has intense aromas of apple, pear and
citrus together with crisp acidity and a long,
refreshing finish. Grapes were hand-picked and
whole-bunch pressed before cool fermentation in
stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural fruit
flavours.
Tasting Note:
Pale yellow in colour with crisp, vibrant character.
Aromas of apple, pear, and citrus lead to a fresh
palate with bright acidity and a clean, lingering
finish driven by fresh fruit notes.
Food Pairing:
Excellent enjoyed on its own or paired with
Carlingford oysters and other shellfish, where its
acidity and freshness complement briny flavours.
