A great introduction to quality Irish still wine,
Signature Red is a blend of predominantly Shiraz,
Cabernet Cortis and Artaban. This highly aromatic
red wine has intense aromas of red fruits, plum and
baking spices together with a soft and long finish. A
maceration of 4 days is conducted then pressed
before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to
preserve the natural fruit flavours.
Tasting Note:
Deep ruby in colour with expressive aromas of red
fruits, plum, and baking spices. The palate is
aromatic and smooth, finishing softly with good
length and gentle spice.
Food Pairing:
A natural match for Irish Angus beef and other
robust meat dishes, or enjoyed on its own slightly
below room temperature.
