Located in Cupramarittima, Oasi degli Angeli is one of the leading wineries in the Marche. Managed by third generation, Eleonora Rossi and her husband, Marco Casolanetti who is also the estate’s oenologist. They are known for crafting some of Italy's most intriguing wines including Kurni, which is considered to be among the best Italian wines. The aim of the winery is not simply to produce technically perfect wines, but to create bottles that reflect the personality of the producer, because the real added value for the company is the human factor, made of love, dedication and research. For this reason, the wines of Oasi degli Angeli all have a strong and recognizable character, capable of transmitting the peculiarities of those who created them and the soul of the territory in which they come to life. Kurni is produced with 100% Montepulciano grapes.It is made with the utmost attention to detail, there's exceptionally low yields per hectare, the grapes are split in half for fermentation which is carried out both in steel tanks and wooden vats before a long period of maceration, after maturation takes place in small new casks.
