Working with exceptional vineyards, they use wine-making techniques and a superior blend of grapes to produce the finest aromatics and the purest flavour. Vegan, gluten free and with fewer calories than a glass of champagne, their ingredients have never included alcohol and their process is simplistic and pure.The grapes are harvested and pressed at their freshest, and the juice is then held in cryo- preservation storage to stop the fermentation process. The juice is then balanced and adjusted to build the flavour profile in the same careful way as winemaking. Their ingredients have never included alcohol, which means the process is much purer and the liquid is not subjected to elements of heat and turbulence of mechanical distillation involved in the de-alcoholisation process. The signature fine, long-lasting bubbles are introduced via uncommonly high-pressure carbonation.
